Data Center Technician IAs a Data Center Technician, you will be a primary resolver for your support team, skilled at troubleshooting and resolving complex hardware infrastructure issues. This role involves creating and maintaining documentation on technologies, passing knowledge to junior staff, and handling system administration tasks. You will work autonomously to resolve most support issues, execute small projects, and act as an initial escalation point for junior technicians.Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and resolve complex hardware infrastructure issues.Create and maintain documentation for supported technologies.Provide knowledge transfer and guidance to junior technicians.Perform basic to intermediate system administration tasks, potentially remotely.Automate tasks with scripts where necessary.Work independently to resolve support tickets and execute small projects.Act as an escalation point for the technical team.Innovate and make decisions, while also following direction with attention to detail.Work ScheduleThis contract position requires availability for one of the following shifts:Sunday - Wednesday (6:00 AM to 4:30 PM)Sunday - Wednesday (7:30 AM to 6:00 PM)Sunday - Wednesday (6:00 PM to 4:30 AM)Sunday - Wednesday (7:30 PM to 6:00 AM)Wednesday - Saturday (6:00 AM to 4:30 PM)Wednesday - Saturday (7:30 AM to 6:00 PM)Wednesday - Saturday (6:00 PM to 4:30 AM)Wednesday - Saturday (7:30 PM to 6:00 AM)Compensation & BenefitsThe pay rate for this position is between $20.00 and $26.00 per hour.
