Data & Business Intelligence AnalystWe are looking for a Data & BI Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities include leading data-driven recommendations and insights to support strategic projects across Go-to-Market Operations, understanding the business, tracking data quality, providing insights and recommendations, and supporting company-wide programs through ownership of analytical projects.
The role also involves establishing strong working relationships with peers in other Global Operations teams and cross-functional partners to achieve objectives, owning technical implementations and documentation associated with datasets, and learning and implementing advanced analytics tools/AI for optimization. Additionally, the position requires leading high-impact data cleanup efforts by applying analytical judgment to ambiguous datasets, leveraging querying and analysis tools, and executing data updates directly in Client and related systems, partnering with GTM Ops, Sales, and cross-functional stakeholders to validate changes while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness.Basic Qualifications include 2-4 years of experience working with data in a business setting, including data management, process execution, operations, reporting, or analytics. Preferred Qualifications include a BS degree in a quantitative discipline, knowledge and experience of leveraging AI tools for Data/Insights research, familiarity with the advertising and media agency ecosystem, including agency hierarchies, multi-market coverage models, and client–agency relationships, ability to leverage numbers and insights to influence & drive sound decision making, ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate with stakeholders, experience with manipulating massive-scale structured and unstructured data, experience creating and maintaining business-critical data warehouse tables using SQL, and experience with distributed data systems such as Hadoop and related technologies (Spark, Presto, Pig, Hive, etc.).
