Data Analytics Consultant

Data Analytics ConsultantAgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an experienced Data Analytics Consultant to join our growing team. The position is available in Alpharetta, GA or Irving TX (Hybrid).The role involves creating data product roadmap, guidelines and architecture to drive AI implementation and adoption. The consultant will design and implement solutions to drive data clarity, data lineage, and reduce data transfer. They will also need to be fluent with understanding of how AI/ML models work along with the algorithm development process. The Data Scientist will focus on developing, automating and deriving insights from analytics and reporting tools such as Qlik and Looker (Look ML), storytelling new customer insights with UI/UX visualizations and maintaining or enhancing existing reports. There will also be a need to use python or other programming languages to predict outcomes, generate NLG insights, and simplify the consumption of business-critical data.Job Responsibilities include collaborating and partnering across the Data & Analytics organization and enabling stakeholders by enriching data pipelines, semantic layers, and visualization reports through careful crafting of data architecture. The consultant will identify and collect requirements to establish baseline data structures to support a wide variety of new and existing use cases. This will include journey analysis, KPI creation, cohort segmentation, automation processes and more. They will stitch together data from multiple channels to formulate a complete 360 view. The consultant will create and deploy actionable dashboards for business owners to gauge performance and assist with omni channel optimization decisions such as CX KPIs, NPS, Revenue, Churn, Call-in Rate. They will also develop solutions to highlight insights on opportunities to reduce journey fallout, channel hops, post interaction contact rate and optimizing human interactions.Required Skills & Experience include the ability to create complex SQL queries to pull data from relational and non-relational data sources like Teradata, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)/BigQuery, Hadoop/HIVE SQL and EDW. Data visualization skills and good experience using Looker & Qlik to develop reports are also required.

Experience conducting research or analysis and managing projects for multiple stakeholders is necessary. Demonstrated proficiency with Python and experience with big data technology implementations is also required.Preferred Skills & Experience include a Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business, marketing, information systems, analytics/business intelligence, engineering, mathematics, statistics, behavioral sciences or other relevant technical discipline. Eight or more years of professional work experience within analytics and dashboards is preferred. Analytical skills and problem-solving skills with capability and experience connecting sales/operational/channel data between multiple data sources to develop queries, analyze data and generate insights are also preferred. A statistical background with ML algorithms and tools such as R/Python/Spark, Deep Learning techniques or other advanced analytics tools is preferred. Any prior exposure to AI/Machine Learning and some high-level understanding of ML models or data science model metrics to generate insights is also preferred.Education Required includes a Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.AgreeYa is a global systems integrator delivering competitive advantage for its customers through software, solutions, and services.
