The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL and Databricks, with experience working in modern data platforms and collaborating in agile environments.Key ResponsibilitiesUtilize SQL and Databricks for data extraction, transformation, and analysis within the Databricks Data Intelligence PlatformWrite and execute complex SQL queries using Delta Lake and Databricks featuresIngest and manage data within the Databricks Lakehouse environmentPerform ad-hoc and exploratory data analysis using Databricks SQL and SQL EditorDevelop dashboards using Databricks SQL and support visualization needs through TableauManage data objects including tables, views, and schemas in DatabricksCollaborate in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and backlog refinementWork closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to gather and clarify requirementsConduct testing and validation of data products across multiple environmentsCreate and maintain documentation including data designs, workflows, and test casesRequired SkillsStrong proficiency in SQL (advanced querying, data transformation)Hands-on experience with Databricks and Delta LakeExperience working with Databricks Lakehouse architectureFamiliarity with data ingestion and ETL processesExperience with data visualization tools, preferably TableauStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsGood communication and stakeholder collaboration skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in the QSR, retail, or similar fast-paced industriesUnderstanding of data modeling and data warehousing conceptsExposure to cloud-based data platforms
