The position supports the client Supervisor and program staff through data management, records management, SharePoint support, program tracking, document development, and reporting activities.
This role requires a highly organized professional capable of supporting multiple concurrent assignments in a fast-paced Federal program environment involving coordination with Government personnel, contractors, and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport development, preparation, maintenance, and quality control of datasets for incorporation into the COAST SharePoint environmentAssist program staff with tracking applications, assignments, reviews, and records management activitiesCoordinate with records management personnel and Government staff to identify, organize, and resolve records management issuesMaintain records management tracking spreadsheets and status trackersTrack completion of field site visits and related observation formsSend reminders and follow-ups to program staff regarding required documentation and actionsAssist with organization and maintenance of program documentation and recordsMaintain schedules and trackers for assignments, deliverables, and programmatic documentsParticipate in staff meetings, take detailed meeting notes, and publish finalized meeting summariesSupport development, formatting, editing, and finalization of reports, presentations, spreadsheets, graphics, and other program documentsAssist in development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Support preparation of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace deliverablesPrepare recurring status reports and action item tracking updatesPerform quality assurance checks on datasets and documentationSupport compliance with Federal records management requirements and NARA guidelinesFollow Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) safeguarding procedures and Government security requirementsSupport maintenance of project documentation and audit-ready recordsAdhere to all Government confidentiality, records management, and information security policiesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Data Management, Information Management, Data Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited institutionU.S. CitizenshipAbility to successfully pass a Federal background investigationExperience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and OutlookExperience using Google Workspace applications, including Google Docs, Sheets, and PresentationsExperience organizing and managing data, reports, spreadsheets, and tracking systemsStrong organizational and multitasking skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to manage multiple assignments and deadlines simultaneouslyPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting Federal Government programs or contractsExperience with records management and document control processesExperience supporting SharePoint-based data environmentsFamiliarity with Federal records management requirements and NARA guidanceExperience preparing executive-level reports, briefings, and presentationsExperience supporting geographically dispersed teamsDesired SkillsDetail-oriented and highly organizedStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesProfessional communication and customer service skillsAbility to adapt quickly to changing prioritiesAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriatelyPosition TypeFull-TimeLong-Term Federal Contract SupportOne-year base period with four one-year option periods anticipatedCOMPENSATION: Pay and benefits information for this position will be provided to interested candidates that apply.
