10+ Years ofoverall working experiencein D365 Finance & Supply chain
At least5+ years ofHands onSCMFunctionalexperience in D365
Should have delivered at least4End to End implementations using D365 Supply chain
Retail Logistics and Supply Chain is a MUST with Retail Point of SaleExpertise
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement & management
Excellent presentation written and verbal English language skills.
Strong people management skills and experience in managing a team (incl. professional and personal development of junior colleagues)
Strong time management skills, including flexibility to work with shifting priorities and client needs

Excellentproject management skills
Expertise in the domains ofSupply chain
Hands on knowledge of working withMaster planning / Planning optimization.
Hands on experience and knowledge working with electronic reporting
Hands on experience and knowledge working with Data managementframeworkof D365 Supply chain
Expertiseinperforming GAP FIT analysis forD365Supply chain
Identify existing business processes and opportunities to optimize business processes
Categorize business requirements and perform gap fit analyses
Review and validate business requirements throughout the solution lifecycle

Certifications

It’s a value add tohavingMicrosoft certifications in the areas of Supply chain, Production, etc
