Position Overview

As a Member Benefits Representative, you’ll work directly with individuals who are looking for information about available benefit programs. You’ll coordinate appointments, learn about each member’s needs, explain their options, answer questions, and assist them through the digital enrollment process.

This opportunity is well suited for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates confidently, and wants the flexibility of building a career from home.

What You’ll Do
Connect with members through inbound and outbound communication
Coordinate and schedule phone or virtual appointments
Conduct virtual consultations and learn about individual needs
Explain available benefit programs in a clear and professional manner
Answer questions and provide helpful guidance
Assist members with digital applications and required documentation
Maintain accurate and organized client records
Follow established procedures and compliance requirements
Complete follow-ups and provide continued member support
Deliver a professional experience throughout the entire process
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development

Previous industry experience isn’t required. We’re looking for motivated individuals who are willing to learn and committed to providing a high level of service.

Ideal candidates will have:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A friendly, professional, and service-oriented approach
Good listening and relationship-building abilities
Strong organization and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and remain accountable
Comfort using computers, video conferencing, and online systems
Willingness to learn and respond positively to coaching
Customer service, hospitality, retail, administrative, or sales experience is an asset but not required
Legal authorization to work in the United States or Canada
