Job Description:

Manage customer inquiries regarding shipment status, delivery scheduling, pickups, claims, and disputes via phone, email, and chat. Coordinate with customers, partners, and vendors to resolve issues promptly while providing professional communication and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to phone calls, emails, and chats from customers and partners regarding shipment updates, delivery scheduling, claims, and disputes.
• Monitor the scheduling database to track delivery appointments and pickup arrangements.
• Address shipment-related issues by coordinating with partners, customers, and vendors.
• Provide professional, courteous, and effective communication to all internal and external customers.
• Identify and assess customer needs while managing a high volume of incoming calls daily.
• Handle and resolve customer disputes efficiently and within appropriate timeframes.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience within a call center or customer service setting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
