Position Overview
Customer Service Agents communicate with clients through phone, Zoom, and other online platforms. You’ll help answer questions, provide general information, assist with online forms and documentation, and make sure clients receive clear and professional support throughout their experience.
The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized while working independently from home.
Daily Responsibilities
Respond to client questions through phone and virtual communication
Schedule and confirm online appointments
Provide clear information regarding available services and options
Assist clients with forms, applications, and digital documentation
Update and maintain accurate client records
Follow up with clients when additional information is required
Help resolve basic questions and concerns
Maintain professional and courteous communication
Complete assigned administrative tasks
Participate in virtual training and team meetings
