Corewell Health Dearborn Hospital has proudly served residents across Southeast Michigan since 1953. With 632 beds, Corewell Health Dearborn Hospital is a major teaching and research hospital and home to five residency programs and a cardiology fellowship in partnership with Wayne State University School of Medicine. The hospital is verified as a Level II trauma center and accredited by the Joint Commission as a primary stroke center. The hospital is known for clinical excellence and innovation in orthopedics, neurosciences, women’s health, heart and vascular, and cancer care.
Scope of work
As a CT Technologist with Corewell Health, you will turn detailed images into life-changing diagnoses. You will be responsible for performing accurate diagnostic CT exams while following regulations and ALARA principles of radiation protection. You will be a vital part of our team, making a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Required Associate's Degree from a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited radiography program.
- 1 year of relevant experience; 1-3 years’ experience beyond staff radiographer level (preferred).
- CRT - Radiologic Technologist Registration (ARRT) upon hire required.
- CRT - Computerized Tomography (CT) (ARDMS) 1 year required. Excludes team members hired prior to 2008.
- CRT - Basic Life Support (BLS) (AHA) upon hire required. Or CRT - Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC upon hire required.
