Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)Henry Ford Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our dedicated anesthesia care team at the Henry Ford Dearborn Surgery Center in Dearborn, Michigan. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to provide anesthesia care across a wide variety of surgical cases in a fast-paced ambulatory care setting while enjoying excellent work-life balance and comprehensive benefits.Job Responsibilities:Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans.Administer anesthesia, including general, regional, or monitored anesthesia care, in collaboration with surgeons and healthcare providers.Monitor patients during procedures and manage any anesthesia-related complications.Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management.Maintain accurate documentation according to hospital policies and regulatory standards.Potentially administer anesthesia to all ages and A.S.A. classes of patients, including geriatrics and pediatrics.Provide airway management services as needed.Travel to other ambulatory sites when necessary.No lapsed or new graduate candidates.Not open to locum and/or locum to perm candidates.Not open to candidates who have lapsed Board Certification(s) and need to obtain them again.Not open to providers who want to commute long distances (more than 1 hour) and/or in conjunction with another job(s).Not open to candidates seeking alternate shift schedules to what is described above.Open to H1B and J1 Visa Candidates.Compensation and Benefits:Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview).
