Overview
CRNA / Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist at UW Medical Center Montlake, Seattle. | Full-time opportunity with a sign-on bonus for eligible new employees joining UW Medicine.
Responsibilities
- Provide full-service anesthesia care for all levels of acuity and patients.
- Collaborate with the surgical staff team to ensure best practices.
- Operate under the administrative supervision of the Chief CRNA and the clinical supervision of the Chief of Anesthesiology and Pain Management.
- Work as an adjunct member of the medical staff; no on-call requirements and no weekends or night shifts as described.
Requirements
- Have/obtain a Washington state Registered Nurse license and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner license to practice.
- Prescriptive authority.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification.
- Completion of an accredited CRNA educational program and national certification.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base pay range: $10,000.00/yr – $275,664.00/yr (as referenced in the job description).
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for eligible new employees joining UW Medicine; $5,000 Relocation Bonus.

Work Schedule and Location
- Full-time schedule.
- Day shifts available, with 8-, 10-, 12-, and 13-hour shifts offered; no weekends, nights, or on-call.
