Job Summary

Christus Health is seeking a Full‑Time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join the Anesthesia Department at Christus Mother Frances Hospital, a Level 2 trauma center in Tyler, Texas. The department values mentorship for new graduates and offers a diverse case mix, excluding hearts or transplants.

What We Offer

• Broad case mix including trauma, general surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, vascular, urology, gynecology, robotics, plastics, pediatrics, ophthalmology, EP, GI, and optional obstetrics for epidural/spinal anesthesia skilled candidates.
• Use of modern anesthesia equipment: Digital Mindray machines, syringe pumps, GlideScope, and EPIC computerized charting.
• Flexible scheduling: 8/10/12‑hour shifts, with optional 16 and 24‑hour shifts after acclimation; no on‑call duty.

Compensation

• Competitive starting salary for experienced CRNAs; new graduates welcomed.
• Guarantee of 40 hours/week pay; premium pay of $200/hour for any hours beyond 40 in a work week.
• Shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends; 1.5 times holiday pay.
