CRM Technical Architect

Duration of the project: 11 Months

Relevant Experience on Mandatory Skills: Min relevant experience 10 - 12 yrs.

Responsibilities

• Should have extensive knowledge on CRM Sales modules
• Dynamics 365 Techno functional with hands on complex Customizations and Configurations.
• Experience in designing architecture of the solution.
• Lead technical positions for an application dealing with overall design, integration, technical requirements (e.g., performance and scalability) and alignment with enterprise strategies.
• Must have good knowledge on Dynamics 365 and coding best practices.
• Must be able to work directly with the client and lead design discussions with business, solution design and translate it to the technical team.
• Should be able to address any Technical Questions / clarifications.
• Single point of contact (Technical SME) and a Management single point of contact for all reviews, reporting, signoffs and approvals.
• They should have a good technical understanding and good understanding of Project management principles.
• Work hand in hand with the Infosys, Microsoft and Client for any technical issues to track the technical progress of the project.

Mandatory Skills

• Must be able to work directly with the client and lead design discussions with business, solution design and translate it to the technical team.
• Should be able to address any Technical Questions / clarifications.
• Good technical understanding and understanding of Project management principles.

Good to Have Skills

• Exposure to Agile – Scrum ways of working is a MUST
