What You'll Do

No two shifts are exactly alike. As a Crew Member, you'll be at the heart of what makes our restaurant run:

• Create a warm, welcoming experience for every customer who walks through the door

• Help guests order their favorite McDonald's meals

• Prepare McDonald's world-famous food with care and consistency

• Work alongside your teammates and managers to hit daily goals

• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and a place the community is proud of

What We're Looking For

No experience needed — we'll train you from day one. Just bring:

• A friendly, positive attitude

• A willingness to learn and grow

• The ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment

We welcome applicants ages 16 and older. Scheduling for ages 16–17 will be based on experience, availability, and applicable minor labor laws.

Part-time and full-time shifts available — mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. We'll find something that fits your schedule.
