As the hub for Creative projects, the PM must flex between critical/strategic thinking, the tactical delivery of tasks, and the connections between for projects with large scope and impact (based on size and complexity of business and/or volume of campaigns). The PM will set and vigilantly manage project expectations with internal and external cross-functional team members. Strong relationship-building skills are critical to success in this role, along with clear and consistent communication.
A demonstrated aptitude for project management and navigating organizational dynamics is important.
