Creative Director, Partnerships & CollectiblesCrocs is seeking a Creative Director, Partnerships and Collectibles to lead creative vision and execution across brand collaborations, limited drops, and collectible storytelling. Reporting to the Vice President, Global Creative, this role defines how Crocs shows up in partnership with other brands, talent, and cultural voices. This leader will shape ideas that balance identities, ensuring every collaboration feels authentic, additive, and unmistakably Crocs without letting one voice dominate the other. You will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for the full creative expression of partnerships.
This includes campaign storytelling across film and photography, packaging and product storytelling, e-commerce, and visual merchandising.The ideal candidate is both a visionary and a builder.
