Creative Director, Partnerships & Collectibles (Brand Collabs)

Crocs is seeking a Creative Director, Partnerships & Collectibles to shape the creative vision across brand collaborations, limited drops, and collectible storytelling. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and define ideas that balance identities and maintain Crocs’s unique voice.

You will oversee campaigns, packaging, and in-hand experiences, partnering with Marketing, Product, and external collaborators to ensure cultural relevance and momentum.
