This role is critical in managing project cost controls, forecasting, and financial performance on complex heavy civil and marine construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, experience in infrastructure or marine construction, and the ability to collaborate across project teams to ensure cost efficiency and accuracy.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost reportsTrack and analyze actual costs vs.
