This role will work closely with project managers, project controls, engineering, and construction teams to develop, maintain, and track project budgets and cost performance throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project budgets and cost forecasts for transmission and substation projects
- Support cost updates, budget tracking, and cost reporting activities
- Coordinate with project managers, engineering teams, contractors, and field personnel to collect and validate project cost information
- Assist with cost forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting
- Identify cost risks, budget variances, and potential impacts to project delivery
- Participate in project meetings and planning sessions
- Support project controls and reporting efforts across multiple active projects
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Accounting, Business, Project Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of cost analysis, project xhqgsiq controls, project coordination, construction, engineering, utility, or related experience
- Familiarity with project budgets, cost forecasting, cost tracking, and project execution processes
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with cost management software, SAP, Oracle, Primavera P6, or similar project controls tools
