Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Cost Accounting Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $150,000 to $160,000 per year.
Responsibilities:

  • Work with the team to develop and analyze standard costs
  • Review and analyze manufacturing variances and propose standards adjustments
  • Calculate and periodically review direct labor and overhead rates
  • Establish and review material standard costs and variances
  • Develop inventory analysis
  • Oversee daily labor and efficiency reporting and analysis
Requirements:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems - SAP preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 10 years' cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
