We take pride in bringing the rich heritage of Taiwanese cuisine, ensuring every bite tells a story of tradition, passion, and culinary excellence.Position OverviewThe Corporate Trainer is responsible for executing and reinforcing operational standards in Supreme Dumplings Honolulu, Hawaii. This is a flexible, high impact field role where scope is determined by business needs and individual strengths. Depending on experience, this role may focus on Front of House (FOH), Back of House (BOH), or a combination of both, ensuring excellence in service, culinary execution, and overall operations.
The primary responsibility is not to create training programs from scratch, but to compile, reinforce, and operationalize existing standards, identify gaps, and drive real time improvements in execution, consistency, and team performance.
