To date, we have provided over $1B in aid, expertise, and funding in 121 countries in support of this mission.Position OverviewThe Corporate Partnerships Operations & Design Specialist is a dynamic, dual-focus role that blends new business development with operational and creative support for the Corporate Partnerships team. This position drives pipeline growth through proactive outreach, prospect research, and account management, while also ensuring the team runs efficiently through high-quality marketing materials, CRM data integrity, and cross-departmental coordination.

The role is critical to achieving Greater Good Charities' ambitious goals of $200M in in-kind and $5M in cash donations annually.Key Responsibilities:Pipeline Development & Corporate OutreachConduct comprehensive research on potential corporate partners to identify and qualify prospects based on partnership fit and capacitySecure meetings with corporate Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to host Lunch and Learns showcasing GGC's impact and partnership opportunitiesSchedule and coordinate exploratory and expansion meetings for senior team membersPrepare briefing materials and talking points for all donor and prospect meetingsSupport proposal development, presentation materials, and revenue diversification initiatives to drive team achievement of annual goalsMarketing Materials, Design & CommunicationsCreate compelling one-pagers, fact sheets, pitch decks, and partnership summaries for corporate prospects and partnersDesign impact reports and stewardship materials using PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), or CanvaDevelop and maintain branded templates and graphics for use across the development teamEnsure brand consistency across all development communications and partner-facing materialsProduce professional presentations and collateral for donor meetings and partnership negotiationsCRM Data Management & AnalyticsMaintain accurate and up-to-date donor, prospect, and partner information in HubSpotBuild, manage and execute ZoomInfo and Hubspot sequences to support corporate outreach and engagementGenerate reports on prospect pipeline, conversion metrics, and fundraising performance to support strategy and decision-makingTrack all interactions, proposals, and partnership communications across development staffSupport data cleanup, segmentation, and database maintenance to ensure data integrityAssist with annual strategic reviews by preparing comprehensive account summariesAccount Management SupportManage a portfolio of 5-10 smaller corporate partnership accounts spanning assigned accounts and new business developmentSupport stewardship activities, partner communications, and relationship cultivationCoordinate partnership fulfillment and logistics in collaboration with OperationsAssist with annual strategic reviews, account planning, and partner reportingCoordinate donor recognition and appreciation activitiesCross-Department Liaison & CoordinationServe as a liaison between Development and other departments including Program, Marketing, Operations, and FinanceCoordinate with Program teams to gather impact stories and outcome data for partner reporting and materialsCollaborate with Marketing on donor communications and campaign materialsWork with Finance on gift processing and reporting requirementsSupport Operations with partnership fulfillment and logistics coordinationAdministrative OperationsPrepare meeting agendas, take notes, and distribute action itemsMaintain organized filing systems for donor records, partnership agreements, and development documentsSupport budget tracking and expense management for development activitiesHandle confidential partner and donor information with discretion and professionalismSupport special events and fundraising campaigns as neededPerformance MetricsContribute to overall department goal of $200M in-kind and $5M in cashProspect research: 25+ qualified prospects per monthLead conversion rate: 15%+Account retention rate: 90%+Minimum Education/Experience:Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience2-4 years of experience in business development, corporate partnerships, nonprofit development, or a related roleProficiency in HubSpot CRM and ZoomInfoAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience with graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva, and/or PowerPoint for deck and collateral designStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage corporate partners at all levelsExcellent organizational and project management abilities with experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong research and analytical skillsCommitment to the mission of Greater Good CharitiesPreferred Qualifications:Previous experience in nonprofit development or fundraisingKnowledge of corporate partnerships, cause marketing, and major gift processesExperience with data analysis, reporting, and pipeline managementFamiliarity with grant writing, proposal development, or foundation relationsUnderstanding of nonprofit operations and mission-driven workExperience in cross-functional and collaborative team environmentsWorking Environment:This position is fully remote. The employee is expected to work 40 hours per week from 9 am – 5 pm in their time zone Monday – Friday. Occasional evening or weekend work for events and urgent deadlines.
