Corporate Paralegal - North AtlantaWe are seeking an experienced Paralegal to support legal operations with a focus on construction law, contract management, and litigation support in a dynamic and growing organization.Assist attorneys with drafting, reviewing, and managing construction contracts and legal documentsHandle mechanic's liens, filings, and construction-related legal processesConduct legal research and maintain organized case filesSupport e-discovery processes and manage document databasesCoordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel as neededParalegal certificate from an ABA-approved program OR Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years of paralegal experience3–5 years of paralegal/legal assistant experience, preferably in construction, employment, or corporate lawStrong experience with construction contracts, mechanic's liens, and construction law preferredFamiliarity with e-discovery platforms and document management systemsExcellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
