Corporate Paralegal - North Atlanta
Located in North Atlanta. Hybrid office environment. Salary: UP to $90k plus bonus, excellent benefits.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to support legal operations with a focus on construction law, contract management, and litigation support in a dynamic and growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with drafting, reviewing, and managing construction contracts and legal documents
- Handle mechanic’s liens, filings, and construction-related legal processes
- Conduct legal research and maintain organized case files
- Support e‑discovery processes and manage document databases
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel as needed
Qualifications
- Paralegal certificate from an ABA‑approved program OR Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of paralegal experience
- 3–5 years of paralegal/legal assistant experience, preferably in construction, employment, or corporate law
- Strong experience with construction contracts, mechanic’s liens, and construction law preferred
- Familiarity with e‑discovery platforms and document management systems
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
