Corporate Paralegal - North AtlantaWe are seeking an experienced Paralegal to support legal operations with a focus on construction law, contract management, and litigation support in a dynamic and growing organization.Key responsibilities include assisting attorneys with drafting, reviewing, and managing construction contracts and legal documents, handling mechanic's liens, filings, and construction-related legal processes, conducting legal research and maintaining organized case files, supporting e-discovery processes and managing document databases, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external counsel as needed.Qualifications include a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program OR a Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years of paralegal experience, 3–5 years of paralegal/legal assistant experience, preferably in construction, employment, or corporate law, strong experience with construction contracts, mechanic's liens, and construction law preferred, familiarity with e-discovery platforms and document management systems, and excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
