Duties

Requirements
- Five plus years of transactional experience in corporate mergers and acquisitions.
- Ability to handle a high volume of transactional deals.
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills.
- Experience with corporate structuring and entity formation.
- Familiarity with tax, employment, and intellectual property issues.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Licensed attorney in good standing.
