Corporate M&A Associate — Hybrid/Remote (PE Experience)

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a midlevel associate to join their Corporate M&A team in Seattle. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of Corporate M&A experience, preferably with private equity transactions.

In this role, you will draft and negotiate agreements, manage M&A transactions, and advise clients on corporate matters. A JD degree and strong analytical and communication skills are essential.
