Your expertise will help safeguard our operations, manage legal risks, and facilitate smooth corporate governance processes.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert legal guidance on a wide range of corporate and litigation matters, including contracts, compliance, and conduct depositions.Draft, review, and negotiate franchise agreements related to partnerships, acquisitions, and other business transactionsParticipate in vendor negotiations and provide legal insightConduct site inspections to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirementsAssist in managing legal administrative processes and maintaining organized legal recordsSupport internal teams by providing training on legal compliance and best practicesCollaborate with external counsel when specialized legal expertise is required.QualificationsAbility to analyze complex legal issues quickly and provide practical solutionsMinimum 2 years of experience as an attorney (required)Experience in corporate, commercial, or business lawStrong background in contracts and agreementsExcellent negotiation and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentBilingual (English/Spanish)
