Clark Legal Recruiting is currently partnering with a Metro Detroit area Corporation that is looking to add an in-house commercial contracts staff attorney to its busy team. This is a great opportunity to join an existing growing in-house counsel legal department!
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience as an attorney
- Candidates must have prior in-house attorney experience
- Expertise in drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex commercial agreements
- Prior experience problem solving and partnering with key stakeholders and various business teams within a corporation to provide legal advice and counsel
- Prior contract management system experience
- Prior experience working on legal matters within the consumer goods industry
- Admissions into the State Bar of Michigan preferred or equivalent jurisdiction
