Job Description

Experience: Director Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced Corporate Controller to join our thriving construction company. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the strategic decision-making process, providing financial insight and direction to support the company's growth and profitability. This position will oversee all financial aspects of our organization, ensuring financial stability and profitability.

Responsibilities

• 1. Overseeing the financial strategy and operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial risk management.
• 2. Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, records, and reporting systems.
• 3. Managing cash flow and liquidity of the company, including cash management strategies and initiatives.
• 4. Overseeing the Work in Progress (WIP) accounting and reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• 5. Conduct internal audits across multiple subsidiaries in the organization.
• 6. Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• 7. Providing financial analysis and recommendations to the senior management team to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• 1. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (such as CPA, CMA, or CFA) is highly desirable.
• 2. A minimum of 10+ years of experience in a senior financial management role, preferably with experience in the construction industry.
• 3. Proven experience Acumatica will be a plus.
• 4. Strong financial and business acumen, with a strategic mindset and ability to make sound financial decisions.
• 5. Experience in financial reporting across multiple entities.
• 6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• 7. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
