Duties
- Support entity formation, including private companies, LLCs, and joint ventures.
- Manage mergers and acquisitions, securities, and financing transactions.
- Conduct due diligence and draft commercial contracts and credit agreements.
- Handle large and small M&A transactions effectively.
- Manage complex transactions and prepare client‑ready documents.
- Interact across offices and practice groups.
Requirements
- Minimum of seven years of corporate legal experience.
- Experience in at least one key industry sector preferred.
- Washington State Bar admission or eligibility for reciprocity required.
- Some portable book of business and success in client portfolio development.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Admission to the Washington State Bar.
