Duties

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in securities law and capital markets.
- Experience at a large firm preferred.
- Familiarity with IPOs, registered direct offerings, and PIPEs.
- Excellent writing skills and superior academics.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments independently.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
Certifications
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
