A leading international law firm is seeking a mid-level Corporate Associate to join its expanding Corporate & Finance practice in Seattle. The team handles complex, high-value M&A transactions across a wide range of industries, offering associates meaningful responsibility and direct client interaction from day one.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute components of Mergers & Acquisitions transactions
- Conduct due diligence, draft ancillary transaction documents, and oversee deal checklists
- Collaborate closely with partners, clients, and cross-office teams
- Contribute to a collegial, supportive, and fast-growing practice environment
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of M&A experience, ideally within a top-tier Corporate & Finance group
- Strong drafting, negotiating, and organizational skills
- Team-oriented approach with the ability to manage elements of transactions independently
- Licensed, or eligible to become licensed, to practice law in Washington State
- Excellent academic credentials
Compensation
The anticipated base salary range is $235,000 – $365,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications. The firm offers a competitive benefits package and professional development opportunities within a collaborative and supportive environment.
