Mid-Level Corporate Associate Attorney (Denver)Direct Counsel is seeking a Mid-Level Corporate Associate to join a national AmLaw firm in its Denver office. This role supports a busy and growing M&A and private equity practice and offers exposure to a broad range of sophisticated corporate transactions.The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of corporate transactional experience, with a focus on public and/or private company M&A and related corporate matters.

Experience with private equity transactions, transactional energy or infrastructure work, and capital markets–related M&A is highly desirable. This position is well-suited for an associate with strong drafting skills, sound business judgment, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.Key responsibilities include:Support and execute public and private company M&A transactionsDraft and negotiate acquisition agreements and related transaction documentsAssist with private equity transactions and related corporate mattersAdvise clients on transactional energy, infrastructure, and capital markets–related M&A matters, as applicableManage transaction workflows and timelines from diligence through closingCollaborate with partners and deal teams to deliver high-quality client serviceMaintain regular communication with internal teams and external clientsQualifications include:JD from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials3–5 years of corporate transactional experience, including M&AStrong working knowledge of acquisition agreements and ancillary deal documentationPrior experience at a large regional, national, or international law firm preferredExceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsHigh degree of professionalism, maturity, and business acumenWork environment includes:Collegial, team-oriented cultureAccess to a broad national and international platformClear opportunities for professional development and advancementCompensation includes:Competitive compensation commensurate with experienceColorado pay range: $260,000–$365,000, depending on qualifications and experienceComprehensive benefits package
