About the Role:
Our client is seeking a transactional associate with a strong background in corporate and commercial transactions. This role will partner with the Corporate and Energy teams.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
- 3-5 years of transactional experience (corporate, M&A, project finance, or energy/commercial work)
- Interest in the electric power industry and willingness to learn it deeply
- A self-starter who jumps in and takes initiative
