Coordinator, Relationship Manager in Music Industry!
  • 6 month contract (start ASAP!)
  • 4 days onsite in Miami + remote on Friday
  • 37.5-40hrs/week
  • $27/hr on W2
*Candidates must be able to work directly on a W2 without sponsorship. No C2C!!   • Request product assets and information from label and artist clients
  • Organize projects and follow up on missing items to keep deliveries on schedule
  • Liaise between internal departments and labels as needed
  • Manage documentation for potential conflicts and copyright claims
  • Help fulfill direct requests for specific track and song information
  • Support day-to-day operational needs and requests to ensure successful DSP deliveries, troubleshooting as issues come up
  • Help pull data and organize reports
Who You Are
  • Have some years of experience in media and/or administrative roles
  • Work well independently
  • Are available outside regular business hours when urgent matters arise
  • Enjoy a fast-paced but casual environment
  • Are detail oriented and can juggle multiple projects at once
  • Are extremely organized with strong communication skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
