COO Opportunity In Southern CaliforniaSalary, bonus, benefits Our client is part of 3 hospitals, one with a large Trauma department seeking a COO who will oversee the hospital's non-nursing departments, ensuring smooth daily operations, budget management, and long-term strategic planning. You'll work with a dynamic team of professionals who are dedicated to delivering top-tier healthcare, empowering them to achieve high performance while positioning the hospital for continued success.Must have multi hospital facility management experience, and a Master's degree is a must.Reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chairman and works closely with the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.Will collaborate with department heads and medical staff across the hospital, overseeing non-nursing departments to align operations with the hospital's mission and strategic goals.In the CEO's absence, the Hospital COO may also provide guidance on hospital policies and decisionsAssistance to hospitals in resolving problems and questions of policy as they relate to staff and patient careCoordination of activities of the clinical and administrative staff, ensuring compliance with health rules and regulations
