Conversational AI Capabilities ArchitectKey Responsibilities:Create cutting edge solutions for Conversational AI Capabilities / EpicsDevelop/maintain product blueprints/models, for the conversational AI portfolioEnsure product solutions align and integrate with enterprise solutions, with performance engineering disciplines incorporatedDefine subsystems and their interfaces, allocate responsibilities to subsystems, understand solution deployment, and communicate requirements for interactions with solution contextWork with customers, stakeholders, and suppliers to establish high-level Solution Intent, and the solution intent information models and documentation requirementsIdentifies opportunities to create reusable componentsPartner with Product Management and Product Owners to create business value and develop models to guide the architecture and manage standard technical product life cycle.Guides the development of solutions with high complexity and risk with business area implications, with quality output for products and services.Advances capabilities for the enterprise to enable automation/integration across hybrid processing environments (AI, Cloud, API, Web, Micro Services).Researches and proposes technical strategies. Studies and documents architectural frameworks and reference material.Designs and modifies components of new and existing IT systems and vendor offerings to promote integrated corporate business systems.Explores, anticipates and proactively responds to future customer, industry, and IT trends.Required Qualifications:10+ years experience working within Enterprise Delivery Ecosystem, including multi-layer integrations and emerging technologies5+ years experience designing and developing AI Solutions5+ years experience designing and developing RESTful microservices5+ years experience developing in a public cloud (AWS or GCP preferred)5+ years experience on an agile team and working collaboratively with product, design, and engineering membersExperience with OAuth2 securityExperience with Kubernetes or other container platformsConversational, Generative AI and NLP, LLM solutionsExperience with Kafka or other messaging platformsExperience with Splunk, sophisticated query, monitoring and altering solutionsRequired Skills : Software Architecture Additional Skills : Applications ArchitectThis is a high PRIORITY requisition.
