We are working with a company located in Miami Shores i that is searching for a Controller. In this role you will be responsible for rebuilding the current infrastructure. You will optimize financial systems and processes to support scaling operations. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast paced environment and has a track record of being heavily involved in the the day to day accounting operations. This is for someone open to putting in the work to rebuild the operations, recognizing that effort will lead them to grow into the CFO role. Experience with project accounting and capital asset management, as well as familiarity with energy costs or utility billing, is helpful
This role is hybrid, 3 days onsite in their Miami facility and 2 days remote. CPA is required.

- Experience in infrastructure, real estate, or capital-intensive industries preferred.
