Compensation: $110,000 to $135,000Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with operational and expansion goals.
Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting; collaborate with external partners for accuracy.
Ensure compliant financial statements and lead budgeting for multiple locations.
Analyze performance metrics, KPIs, and provide insights to leadership.
Manage cash flow, revenue cycles, billing, collections, and reimbursements.
Implement internal controls, ensure regulatory compliance, and handle audits/tax filings.
Support growth initiatives like new site openings and capital investments.
Lead and mentor a finance team, optimize processes, and negotiate contracts.
Maintain ethical standards and confidentiality in all financial matters.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (required); Master’s (MBA or similar) preferred.

Proven ability to lead teams, analyze data, and communicate financial insights to executives.
