Key Responsibilities

Own month‑end close (target: 3‑day close) Ensure accurate, timely financial statements (GAAP compliant) Lead audit preparation and coordination (first‑year audit) Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, and balance sheet integrity Identify and eliminate manual processes and inefficiencies Strengthen internal controls and reporting accuracy Supervise, train, and develop the accounting team Partner with leadership to support operational and financial decisions Own and optimize Sage Intacct ERP What We’re Looking For: Must‑Have: CPA (required) 10+ years of progressive accounting experience Proven Controller or strong Accounting Manager ready to step up Experience with audit preparation Strong month‑end close and financial reporting expertise Hands‑on experience with Sage Intacct (required) Core Traits: Hands‑on operator (not a delegator) Detail‑oriented—numbers must tie, no shortcuts Process improver—can clean up and streamline workflows Comfortable in a fast‑paced, evolving environment High accountability and ownership mindset The Opportunity: This is a critical hire.
