Our client is a leading construction services business that is currently experiencing significant growth under private equity ownership. We are seeking an accomplished Controller to actively contribute to building and growing the finance/accounting function to support the further expansion of the business. This individual will have a strong understanding of business metrics, budgets and variance reporting procedures. The controller must be accustomed to Work-in-Progress accounting within a construction services environment. This could include coming from the general contracting, specialty contracting and engineering services industry.
Our client seeks a highly disciplined, metrics-driven change agent capable of building a best-in-class finance organization focused on the bottom-line. Ideally you will have demonstrated experience in effecting cultural transformation, implementing process and collaborating cross functionally across an organization.
