Controller
In this leadership role, you will oversee the global accounting function across a multi-entity structure, ensuring accurate close processes and a clean balance sheet. You will partner with senior finance to drive GAAP-compliant intercompany activities, consolidations, and international accounting, while guiding an accounting team through system improvements. The role includes involvement in a major ERP implementation and shaping scalable, compliant finance operations. This position offers high visibility, cross-functional collaboration, and the chance to influence financial strategy in a complex international environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations with emphasis on balance sheet integrity and timely financial reporting
- Ensure a timely, accurate monthly close with minimal surprises
- Review reconciliations and resolve issues promptly
- Lead intercompany accounting, eliminations, and allocations across domestic and international entities
- Manage consolidations and parent company reporting
- Apply multi-currency accounting, including revaluation and FX considerations
- Advise on non-routine and complex accounting matters
- Lead external audit processes and support interim/year-end reviews
- Support ERP implementation and drive accounting process improvements
- Coach and develop the accounting team; foster accountability and continuous improvement
