An opportunity for an experienced contracts professional to take ownership of aviation agreements across their full lifecycle. The role combines contract negotiation and administration with direct involvement in aircraft and engine lease transactions, working closely with legal, commercial, finance and technical teams.
KEY DUTIES WILL INCLUDE
- Draft, review and negotiate aircraft leases, service agreements and other commercial contracts.
- Manage aircraft, engine and APU leases, including obligations, key dates, extensions, returns and purchase options.
- Coordinate contractual requirements across aircraft and engine deliveries, transitions and returns.
- Maintain accurate contract records and support due diligence, KYC and compliance processes.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- 5+ years’ experience in contract management.
- Strong contract drafting, negotiation and document management skills.
- Excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple contractual requirements and deadlines effectively.
