As a Contract/Billing Clerk, you will be responsible for processing, auditing, and posting new and pre-owned vehicle contracts while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation.

Diligently follow up on aged items and outstanding schedule balances.Excellence: Process, review, and post new and pre-owned vehicle contracts accurately and efficiently. Verify contract details and supporting documentation to ensure each deal meets company standards and applicable legal requirements.Accountability: Perform compliance checks on all deals and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to vehicle sales contracts and sales tax.
