We're hiring a Superintendent II to oversee full-cycle construction of 10,000–25,000 sq. ft. custom homes, valued up to $50M+.

Requirements:

• 6–10 years of experience managing luxury custom home builds
• Expertise in construction methods, codes, and residential systems
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• OSHA 10-Hour Certification (required)

Responsibilities:

• Lead site operations from groundbreaking through completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and scheduling
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure code compliance
• Manage reporting, inspections, and field issue resolution
• Deliver projects on time and to the highest quality
• Salary: $120K–$150K + full benefits
