In this field-based role, you will supervise sheet metal crews, coordinate installation of ductwork and HVAC components, read blueprints, and ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and safety goals. You’ll enforce OSHA and company safety standards, mentor apprentices, collaborate with project managers and other trades, and represent our family-oriented, people-first culture on every jobsite.
