Experienced Construction Safety Manager looking for more influence? We're recruiting for an established, growing Colorado commercial general contractor with a portfolio of significant healthcare, aviation, municipal, and commercial construction projects.

Make an impact at a growing contractor where your voice matters and you're not just another layer of management. * Work on technically challenging healthcare, aviation, municipal, and commercial construction projects. * Help shape safety programs, improve processes, and influence jobsite operations. * Work directly with company leadership, Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams. * Construction Safety Managers / Site Safety Managers You have experience leading jobsite safety for a commercial general contractor, managing OSHA compliance, inspections, incident investigations, subcontractor coordination, and corrective actions. Senior Safety Coordinators / Construction Safety Specialists You've spent years in the field identifying hazards, conducting inspections, leading safety training, and working alongside construction teams. Commercial general contracting or complex commercial building experience as a Safety Manager * Knowledge of OSHA regulations, construction safety programs, and jobsite risk management * Understanding of construction sequencing, site logistics, and subcontractor operations * Ability to identify hazards, enforce standards, and communicate effectively with field teams * OSHA 30 Construction; FIELD-BASED LEADERSHIP This is a hands-on position supporting active construction projects throughout the Denver metro area. You'll work directly with field teams, oversee safety practices, conduct inspections, and help improve safety performance across projects.
105,000 to $115,000 Base Salary + Bonus Medical, Dental & Vision | Flexible PTO | 401(k) | Paid Holidays
