Construction Project Coordinator - Field & OfficeLocation: Miami, FL 33010 | Job Type: Full-Time, Office & Job-Site basedOur client is one of Florida's leading General Contractors specializing in high-rise concrete restoration, stucco repair, waterproofing, and exterior painting for the past 30 years.We are seeking a seasoned or junior Project Coordinator to provide administrative and project support for mid- to large-scale concrete restoration, amenity deck, fenestration, and railing replacement projects. You will assist with documentation, scheduling, and communication to keep projects on track and compliant with safety and quality standards.ResponsibilitiesMaintain contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project reports.Prepare schedules, progress updates, and meeting minutes.Track procurement, material deliveries, permits, and inspections.Assist with invoices, budgets, and subcontractor agreements.Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.Support close-out documents, punch lists, and compliance records.QualificationsAssociate's degree in construction management/engineering or equivalent experience preferred.1+ years in construction administration or project coordination (building envelope, concrete restoration, or fenestration a plus).Proficient in Procore, MS Project, Fieldwire, Monday.com, or similar software.Strong organizational and communication skills.Basic knowledge of construction drawings and terminology.Working ConditionsFull-time on-site role with exposure to active construction sites.Must be comfortable with heights, scaffolding, and outdoor work.Some evenings or weekends may be required to meet deadlines.Why Join Us?Competitive pay based on experience.Hands-on role with high-profile restoration projects.Growth opportunities in a supportive, team-focused company.Apply now to join a company recognized for excellence in restoration and building envelope projects!
